him but he decided to put his employees first they are an asset to him. The employees were
informed about their current condition and their future in the company. Generally, these are

employees. He disclosed both the good and bad news. The bad news was that workers would
be displaced for a while; not for good. On the other hand, the good news was that employees
were not losing their jobs forever, they'd still be receiving their salaries and their holiday
bonus along for 90 days salary for the displaced workers. Thus, he showed his accountability
and sincerity towards employees.

3. Ensure timeliness: Feuerstein mentioned the exact time needed to recover the loss of the
company and reopen.in this time, he didn't lay off any employees. Thus he gave the
employees a chance to think for themselves and take decisions considering both long and
short term effects.

4. Inform employees on subject that they consider important: Feuerstein made the
employees feel important. He tried his best to show care for his employees while dealing with
such a big loss in the business. Thus, he also ensured there was no conflict between the
employees and the employers.
