A healthy lifestyle includes a balanced diet with proper amounts of nutrients, regular physical

reduce stress. Taking the help of medication might lead to a less stressful life.

• Manage time for yourself: It is always important to know yourself first. There are many
stressful situations where none but ourselves can help us. When an individual knows himself /herself
properly, he can deal with stress in his own way. Spending time with thyself always works out far
better than other methods. Besides, it calms our minds and enhances our mental peace.
