Referral Program

We love referrals! And we want more writers to join our platform! And we're willing to pay you a
finder's bonus if you help us!

Note to Authors

We do not require a referral invitation to submit to our platform. You can submit anytime on your
own through our website, writersupport@vitaltekinc.com, or through a specific editor if they have
reached out.

You should never pay fees to a third party, or send them your manuscript or identity documents.
Readict does not work with third parties at any stage of the licensing process. Please send your
information through our website and limit communication to official staff emails that end in
@vitaltekinc.com.

Do not share your licensing information (such as your offer, term length, exclusive option) with third
parties, and report any instance of that type of communication request to your editor as soon as
possible.

Only list a referral source if that was the reason you submitted. If you found Readict from another
source before you made contact with that individual and you would have submitted anyway, please
list the primary source you found us through.

Requirements for Participation as a Referrer

Individuals who refer authors to us are eligible for a one-time referral credit on each book the author
licenses with us in their first contract. After an author signs their first contract, they are considered a
loyalty author, and they cannot be claimed as a referred author by anyone else. The author who is
referred must confirm the referral on their licensing documentation at the time of submission for it to
count.

Participation in the referral program is contingent on the acknowledgment of the following terms：

Participants may not publicly post referral requests or services on social media, in forums, in groups,
or anywhere else besides direct communication with an individual author.

Participants may not use Readict graphics or text in their recruiting communications

Participants may not call themselves an editor, imply or say explicitly that they are an editor or an
affiliate or representative of Readict.

When you make contact with authors, you must include the following language:

I am only an independent referrer and not authorized as an agent, employee, or legal

representative of Readict. I do receive referral bonuses from Readict, but my incentives do not
affect author pay or promotion in any way. I do not charge authors any fees to refer them to
Readict, nor am I authorized to collect, pay, or negotiate fees on any author's behalf in exchange for
a referral or publishing contract.

Participants may not submit material on behalf of authors, nor are they able to communicate with
Readict staff for author updates.

Monthly referral bonuses are capped at $900.

Participants may not list Readict along with other competitor platforms on their website or social
media.
Payments to referrers will be made once a month, following the previous month's closure to include
all referral payments on one ticket.

If a participant is found to be misrepresenting Readict or the names of authors they are claiming to
have referred, Readict can remove them from the program immediately and without promise of
program bonus pay.
