Many employees may work at home with modern

technology. Some people claim that it benefits only workers,
but not employers. Do you agree or disagree?
ANSWER:
With the progress of technology, it is now quite feasible to do business
from the comfort of one's own home. While some individuals thought it
was a positive aspect, others thought it was detrimental to management.
It's a contentious issue, therefore I'll provide both sides in my article.
First, companies profit from the exclusion of expenditures such as
power, work equipment, maintenance, and so on when employees work
from home. These are the facilities that must be supplied in an office.
Because workers use their own resources when working from home,
management saves a lot of money, which may be considered an indirect
source of profit.
Second, an individual may encounter numerous interruptions and
diversions in the workplace from coworkers, managers, and other
variables, which may be damaging to productivity. Furthermore,
everyday travels from a person's home to their employment might be
taxing, leading to a decrease in work rate. However, when the work from
home approach is used, such obstacles are less prevalent, and a person
may work at maximum efficiency, resulting in superior outcomes.
To summarize, technology is everywhere around us. As a result, it is
helpful not only to employees, but also to management, and it will
increase the company's profit.
