My name is resky dinda fadila I went to the University of California and majored in graphic design I
started my career at a marketing company I worked there about two years now I want to work in a
progressive company with more creative members

2. oh nice we have a lot of creative departments and designers and they are so friendly hope
you will like that. What do you know about our company
This company is a group of companies that dominate the largest market in several business fields in
Indonesia such as graphic design, photography, typography, and others. The head office in Jakarta
was established in 1957.
3. Great , so Why did you apply at our company
This company already has a good and big name in the community, can work with a good team that
will add knowledge, and is experienced in carrying out work
4. Why did you leave the previous company
The previous company gave me a lot of valuable experience, but I couldn't be better if I continued to
be in the same money environment. The opportunity to gain knowledge and develop a career in the
right company like this will really help me.

I believe my strongest trait is my attention to detail and I have always been a great team player I am
good at keeping a team together and producing quality work in a team environment.

6. What is your weakness

I have a weakness in English which is still passive, but I'm currently trying to learn it to help me deal
with foreign customers one day

in five years I see myself as a value employee of this company I want to be an expert at my position
and start training to be a manager also my goal is to become a lead in five years although not
everyone gets promoted to this level I believe I can achieve this goal through hard work

I meet all the qualifications required for this position, experience from my appropriate educational
background will really help me to work well in this company

9. How much salary are you asking?

Previously I have calculated the cost of living and the salary range for the position I am currently
applying for, for that I hope the company can give me a salary in the range of five million to eight
