Business Issue (discuss in the ppt what was the issues that the board wanted to take decision for)
What was the Big Business Question?
Develop appropriate Framework with all types of variables (dependent, independent and moderating
variables)
State the Specific business questions and data analytics questions
Show all relevant analyses with comments when you are answering the first question, (show all analyses
until you reached the answer)
Show important visualizations (histograms, boxplots, scatter plots, etc.…)
Perform correlations analysis and selecting potential important variables accordingly.
Show all relevant analyses with comments when you are answering the second question (using regression,
X and Y)
Show all relevant analyses with comments when you are answering the third question (using regression,
include Z)

Squeeze and crunch the data as much as you can. As example, and in addition to what you have done
before, you may want to change the dependent variable with another one and keep the same
independent variables and moderating variables as above. With this new dependent variable, you could
repeat the model building exercise again where you might find interesting results that maybe be different
and important for the board to take actions and consider. (You can also repeat it for all possible
dependent variables and show the differences.)

Moreover, you may want to split your data according to certain customer profile (as per Z variables), such
as gender, age group, etc. (and combination of them, it is your choice with a good reason) and then
perform data analysis again, maybe you find out why this specific customers segment is happy or not
happy?
Another issue you can try is by changing the alpha from 5% to 20% would the results change? Which alpha
you may recommend the board to apply next year?
Quality of the Presentation (PPT or PDF), informative?, easy to follow?, has all required statistical
information? It has to be convincing, specially when the board will not see the excel file? pay attentions to
the formatting, colors decency, font style/size consistency, … Presentation must look very professional ...
you are presenting it to the board. Professionalism is a key. It has to be professional, logical, explanatory,
innovative, etc. and more. It is your creation, show me the true you :)

Remarks

What I mean here, is to filter the 200 cases by (not more than 2 Z) the Z's
variables such as gender (female) and age (young). You will get new dataset
that is less than 200. Use this data set and perform the analyses again, to see
maybe this chosen profile has different needs.

VERY IMPORTANT TO PUT A LOT OF ENERGY TO MAKE IT IMPRESSIVE FOR

THE BOARD. It is alomst 43% of the full grade

As explained in the Grading Criteria

Your choice for the split should be

Explain your output!
As explained in the Grading Criteria

alpha such as % and check whether
your recommendations will change.
If needed, create more sheets for the
same question but rename all related
sheets as "12-Which Alpha-any name"

Explain your output!

Why you are here?
This task has to be done in a separate
document, PPT :)
Remember, the presentation is around
