1. What are your strengths and good qualities as a SpEd teacher?

“ I am compassionate and I know my goals as a SpEd teacher. At the same time I value
discipline, if I said ‘no’ to my students it’s really a ‘no’ ”

2. What are the limitations of a SpEd teacher?

“ As a SpEd teacher, we know that in terms of discipline, we can only implement it

verbally. We cannot discipline our students physically by hurting them. "

3. What is your background to become a Special Education teacher?

“ I graduated Bachelor of Science Major in Clinical Psychology at PUP Sta. Rosa. “

4. What are the challenges you encountered in teaching Special Education?

“ As a SpEd teacher my patience is always tested in handling the students. “

5. What is the fulfilment in your field?

“ My greatest fulfilments in this field are when I see my students grow as a person,
when I see them go to regular school and when parents and doctors thank me when my
students shows improvement. ”
