Executive Summary

The interest of consumers in sweet delicacies never halted, especially when it comes to the

Filipino culture of meal course. Dessert has always been the highlight in any occasions and in

ordinary days as well. As for the trend and public preferences nowadays, we decided to invest in

"Sikoffee" (Food Business) as our main product to sell in the market.

Our local market has a lot of delicious and enticing confectioneries to offer for the people

who love and keen of sweets, yet, in our daily observations and even personal experiences as a

consumers, since the usual flavors of sweets or desserts have been engrossed in more sugary and

chocolate, milky, fruity, and other typical taste, people get easily hooked but as frequency of

eating the usual flavors goes by, people's taste anticipate and find different kind of flavor. Thus,

we come up to our Sikoffee product which is tolerably sweet, creamy, and aromatic variety of

sweet course, and as for our innovative idea, this will be a combination of 'coffee jelly' and

'dreamcake' as for our base.

The Sikofee can be located at the most convenient avenues including in Pamantasan ng

Lungsod ng Muntinlupa, around the places of owners which their addresses are stated above, and

even in the nearby public areas here in Poblacion, Muntinlupa City, and of course we will be

having a promotion and selling at our social media accounts. We decided to promote and sell our

own products in these several specific locations in order to gain more buyers from different

places and sectors.

The concept of our product is focused on serving new and innovative flavor of

confectionery that will appeal to the taste of customers. Our aim is to catch the taste and
preference of local customers which from common flavors will twist into something new and

delish.

Product and Services

Coffee jelly is a refreshing dessert made of coffee-flavored gelatin in a thick and delightful

coffee infused cream. This dessert is perfect for the person who loves coffee and dessert at the

same time that the rich aroma and taste could attract them. To make it extra special it has

sophisticated cup with a cover to lessen the hassle for carrying around, offering it for a cheaper

price. We also give exceptional customer service in a good mood once they got a taste of our

product. Customers can primarily buy our product at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa. Or

they can order online and then we’ll deliver at convenient time and place. Coffee jelly is made by

fate for our country which has a tropical weather, a cold creamy coffee-flavored suit just right for

everyone’s taste.

We also offer carry-out to prepare our dessert at home or have a special coffee jelly for a

celebration or special occasion. In today’s business world, it is impossible to rule out the power

of the internet. One way to get your business out there faster, and reach out to more customers is

through the internet. We post online to make our way on selling the coffee jelly, that you could

make an order through facebook for customer. Customers can also write their reviews and

feedback on the website as a way to attract more customers. Also, we will bring our coffee jelly

at the schools, particularly at PLMun, in home, and others.

Coffee is known as the best companion of students, graveyard workers, and other people who

needs to stay up all night. Our product, Sikoffee is just the perfect product. The product has been

known for its sweet-bitterness taste, creaminess, and of course who doesn’t love jelly. It is the

combination of coffee jelly which is on top and dream cake as the base. Our team secured our

product in a transparent cup with lid to make the texture visible to the buyers. We made our own

ingredients to make it original and to make trademark to the consumers. This product is to satisfy

the needs and wants of the target market.

Price

The business will use the penetration pricing strategy to capture market share. Their business

will enter the market with a low price relative to the competition to attract buyers. The idea is

that the business will be able to raise awareness and get people to try the product. Even though

penetration pricing may initially create a loss for the business, the hope is that it will help to

generate word of mouth and create awareness in the middle of crowded market category. The

The business will introduce a creamy, bittersweet coffee jelly in the Philippines particularly in

Muntinlupa. Sikoffee is primarily available in Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa, our team

will sell it to our fellow PLMunians, friends, classmates, teachers, and colleagues. Sikoffee is
also available to the address of the owners. Customers can also order online, because we will

post Sikoffee and they can message us if they are interested to order our product.

Promotion

Social media spreads words, news and business so incredibly fast. So, we will be using social

Medias such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube as platforms to promote our product.

We will also use such to demonstrate how we prepare and what the ingredients we use in our

product. Through these platforms, we’ll also inform our interested buyers about the benefits our

product does. This will help the consumer’s familiarize themselves with product. Media will be

targeting the major market segments such as, café’s, sweets, and adults. Our team will also

expand the product referrals promotion, through sales talk or world of mouth, set-up of shop in

strategic locations, we also use brochures, catalogs, flyers and direct-selling in the place.

The premises we have chosen is at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa. The space features

includes:

 Two school buildings; the first building is for the admins and officers of the school while

the second building is for the students of different colleges.

 The building for the college students is five-storey high.

Owners will share all regular duties, including making the product Sikoffee, taking orders online,

personal selling, packaging and delivering orders.
