Executive Summary

Business Concept

Product

G7 Supplies provides a product that is handy and convenient. Our product is a handy,
environment friendly reusable/refillable pens and alcohol in ONE

Customers

The target audience for G7 Supplies are students, employees and anyone who needs ballpen
and alcohol. Since face-to-face classes are going to emerge, we need something like a school
supply that is handy and at the same time an alcohol to sanitize everything before we write, or sit
on it. And as for the workers who may have forgotten their alcohol, having a pen and alcohol in
one is a holy grail.

Financial features

Since this is a small business, our company intends only to create just this one product - a pen
and alcohol in one. We think that we only need 20,000 for this product but we assure the
customers that the quality is passed by their expectations. We have quality control from the tints,
no spill case to pass customer satisfaction.

INTRODUCTION

Recently, face-to-face classes in 100 public schools across the country were held for the first time
in almost two years. This pilot run classes is very much welcome considering that the education
of a significant number of students has been disrupted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The
opening of limited in-person classes in some public and private schools gives hope that a return
to some degree of normalcy is forthcoming. We can attribute this development to the increase in
the number of Filipinos getting vaccinated daily and their adherence to the health protocols
imposed by our authorities.

And since the vaccines are being encouraged by the government, the population of being
vaccinated is getting high. The government lifted their quarantine protocols to alert levels meaning
face-to-face classes are possible to happen.

Since the opening of the classes is emerging, we need to stay safe and healthy. Aside from getting
vaccinated, disinfecting often is a must that’s why we come up with this product. A pen and alcohol
in one that we named AlcoPen. Alcopen is a product that comes from a word itself, Alcohol and
Pen. This pen and alcohol in one are a handy, strong and spill free that makes our customers
disinfected and away from germs. Spraying alcohol kills bacteria that may keep us safe from the
virus. And a pen is a necessity for students because we take note of the lessons or discussions
when the classes arise.

This product would surely be efficient for students because we need to sanitize our things first
before we use it. For example, a student needs to sit. Before that student needs to sit, she/he
needs to disinfect the things around even the chair to keep safe from viruses.

This product is much affordable because you don’t need to buy a new alcopen if the tint runs out,
because it's refillable. You just need to buy refillable pens so that you can use your alcopen again.

This would be available for online inquiries and orders so that our product can reach its customers
everywhere!

COMPANY BACKGROUND

People across the world are struggling to survive as the coronavirus pandemic continues. Germs
are everywhere! They can get onto hands and items we touch during daily activities and make us
sick. Cleaning hands at key times with soap and water or hand sanitizer that contains at least
60% alcohol is one of the most important steps you can take to avoid getting sick and spreading
germs to those around you.

And that is the very reason why we come up with Alcopen. A pen with an alcohol all in one tool.
Hand safe tools are highly convenient and able to be kept at individual desks or taken on the go
for continued use.

MARKET RESEARCH

Alcopen is a handy product affordable and refillable the proposed business ALCOPEN is located
near URS Binangonan the target customers are the students and anyone who needs a product.
The target age is from teenagers to older people. The marketing activity is to provide unique,
budget-friendly but good quality enough to satisfy the needs and wants of the consumers.

COMPETITION

Alcohol scent is planned to be sold on the side of URS Binangonan. It is a pen with an alcohol
inside that will be served to protect the students from viruses. There is no existing product similar
to alcohol scent but since the proposed place is on the side of URS Binangonan, all varieties of
pen and alcohol will be a threat. The main competitor of the business is the other store beside
URS Binangonan that sells pens and alcohol. The other store on the side of URS Binangonan
offers some pens and alcohol that will lead us to buy or to not buy our product. We will use social
media to promote the product to attract the customers inside and outside the school. It can be
mass produced so the quality of product will be maintained.

MARKETING PLAN

Alco pen is planned to use direct marketing and Online marketing as their marketing strategies.
Direct marketing is an advertising of a product directly to the customers. Online marketing will be
used to promote and market the product posting in social media platforms like fb page, Instagram
we can also post the product in Shopee and Lazada. The company will consider the 4 Ps of the
business.

Our product is a dual purpose ballpen with spray scented alcohol handy reusable/refillable pens
and scented alcohol in one safety is very important with this pen, you can do your work and still
feel safe.

People are searching and inquiring for good quality, and our Alcopen is budget friendly. It has a
good quality that can compete and make a stand but at a low cost or price. The Price of our
product is only 20 pesos.

Place

The proposed business is located near URS Binangonan, it is visible for all customers and will be
easily accessible by all members of the area. And available in Shopee and Lazada.

Promotion

Alcopen will also use the social media platform, 5% Cashback on Shopee and Lazada, personal
selling, and buy 2 take 1.

aimed at realizing full potential, and creating increasingly discrete tasks to meet those goals.

PLANNING

The most important skill in making a business plan is planning. All businesses and companies
have their own set of goals and the only way to achieve it is through appropriate planning. It
involves careful analysis of information that helps the business to make effective decisions. On
the other hand, it also involves the risks or the consequences that may occur on the future of the
business.

In line with this, our business takes the pandemic as an advantage to create an innovative product
that is essential for all types of workers especially to those frontliners, we all know that ballpen
and alcohol is required when going to establishments, that’s why the business comes up with
PENitizer, a ballpen with a small container of alcohol attached to it.

COMMUNICATION

Effective communication is always necessary especially when dealing with the customers.
Business owners should have confidence because in doing a business you may encounter
different situations like dealing with the customers. Furthermore, having good communication
skills can attract future investors that will help your business to grow.

and will closely coordinate and work with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team. Plan,
develop, implement and direct the organization's operational and fiscal function and performance.

met by setting operational policies, creating and maintaining budgets, managing employees, and
