Introduction

Delissert is a business that offers one product called Floating Island Dessert by 19 students of ABM 12 –

2a in Arellano University - Malabon. In partial fulfilment of the requirements in Research Project; Feasibility

Study.

The satisfaction rate of a delicacy floating island dessert is what we are cognize in. For this product

perception that we formalize we would like to linger the consumer’s interest with our version of 3 in 1 dessert.

This study will give insight about the pulse of the market that will help for effective and efficient decision

making and cultivation of floating island dessert. Focusing on knowing the possibility of floating island dessert

being sold in Malabon City. This study is specifically conducted in Brgy. Acacia, Brgy.Ibaba, Brgy. Bayan-bayanan

Malabon City.

 General problem:

Filipino are known for hosting parties or feast for different special occasions that take place all

year round. A special occasions that will not be completed without special desserts which takes time to

prepare, a problem that busy moms face in their preparations because of their hectic schedules that

result in not being able to provide special dessert to their family.

 Solution:

We came up to the idea of creating a business that offers a ready-to-eat dessert which is

Floating Island Dessert. Floating Island Dessert is a 3 layered desert consist of Braso de Mercedez on the

top, Leche Flan in the middle, and Ube Halaya in the lower part.

 Market focus:

Floating Island is for the youngest upto oldest people who consume and love eating dessert and

for the people who struggle to prepare special dessert for special occasions.

 Competitive advantage:

The difference of our product from other competitor’s product is ours’ surely delicious. Floating

Island is a Filipino 3 layered dessert consist of leche flan, ube halaya and topped with meringue frosting

like brazo de mercedes. This is the ultimate 3 in 1 dessert! The yummy and delicious desserts you are

looking for is combined and found in one.

 Returns:

The estimated profit of our business in a week with the deduction of the cost of sales will be ₱3,974.

Delissert is founded for the purpose of offering the market 3 in 1 layered dessert for affordable
price and give convenience to the people by selling ready made and instant food.

 Mission statement:

To provide 3 in 1 desserts that caters every Filipino cravings in special


sweetened delicacies.

 History:

Founded on November 22, 2018, made for the sole purpose compliance of the
requirement in feasibility study subject taken for 2 nd semester of Grade 12. A

partnership type of business that was named “DELISSERT” that means Delicious

Dessert that sells one product that is called “Floating Island” a 3 layered dessert that

consist of leche flan, ube halaya, and braso de mercedes.

 Product description:

Delissert that means delicious dessert. This is dessert business located in the 89.C arellano st.

brgy. Ibaba,malabon city, our business is a partnership type of business founded on November 22, 2018

made for the sole purpose in compliance of the requirement in feasibility study subject taken for 2nd

semester of grade 12..

 Product overview:

Floating island will hold true to its vision of being a new concept of layered dessert in order to

became a favorite dessert for consumer. As the reported every after meal Filipino hands to seek out for

desserts for this product perception that we formalize, we could like holdthe interest of the consumer

with our version of 3 in 1 dessert. Delissert business also hopes to become a destonation for the

thousand of Filipino dessert lover in an affordable price.

 Key Participants:

Delissert supports local suppliers and entrepreneur therefore our business will favor and get

supplies locally to help in growing our economy and give more opportunities to expand their business as

we grow as a business entity.

 Pricing:

Delissert will have own products at a low price, to consistently maintain the loyalty of the
customers pricing will be in a medium basis , which means it is between the higher and lower price.
Offering a reasonable price to the customers, in believing that at the least price of the product/s of
delissert (Floating Island Dessert) will give satisfaction.

 Payment:

The payment of individual orders or not over 10 tubs can be done in meet ups when the product

has been delivered. For the bulk order initial deposit is required for assurance of the owners that the

costumers will cancel their orders.

Mobile Phone - getting orders and replying for inquiry of the costumers.

Mixer - easier mixing of ingredients.

People who love dessert will be an obvious key costumers but delissert also see the opportunity
