Providing and laying 230 mm and above thick brick wall in

crushing strength @ 50 Kgf/Sqcm),in perfect line, level and
plumb including mixing of mortar, raking out of joints, curing CUM 6.00
and including cost of necessary scaffolding etc. complete as
per drawing, specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing&fixing of CPVC pipes confirming to ASTM


standard including all CPVC fittings like
tees,elbows,bends,unions,coupling,reducertees,collars
etc.The work shal linclude cutting jointing with solvent
cement pressure testing the joints/pipe line for10kg/sq.cm
hydraulic pressure,for 2hours etc., fixed on to the wall in
vertical shafts/terrace with fabricated MS brackets of suitable
size with GI'U'clamps,bolts,nuts and GI washers,MS
brackets including making good the wall sand floors.

Providing and applying Interior paint ;one coat of thin


approved primer as per manufacturer specification and filling
crevices, if any with putty and applying 2 or more coats of
Acrylic Emulsion paint of Asian or approved equivalent
make, as per the manufacturer’s specifications including
necessary scaffolding, brushing, cleaning and surface SQM 450
preparation etc., complete as per specifications, drawings
and as directed by Owner/Consultant.

Providing and applying exterior paint to structural steel


including 1 coat of 75 micron approved metal primer (zinc
ethyl silicate or two pack zinc rich epoxy primer) and two
coats consisting of Epoxy Intermediate pigmented with MIO
of 100 micron and finishing coat of 60 micron acrylic aliphatic
polyurethane paint as per Manufacturer's Specification with

Demolition/Removal of all type Structural steel work taking


all necessary safety precautions including supply of all tools
& tackles, necessary scaffolding, propping, underpinning
etc .Prior to starting the work the contractor shall prepare and
submit the proposed scheme for dismantling and demolition
to the owner/consultant for approval. Dismantling shall be
carried out in the reverse sequence followed during the time
of construction. Dismantling shall be carried out in the
systematic manner and all elements shall be carefully
removed without causing any damage. Apart from the
specifications, the dismantling and demolition of structures
shall be in compliance with the special requirements noted in TO 0.50
the drawing. Wherever it is necesary to disconnet the
existing service line (such as electrical,piping etc) during the
dismantling/demolition operation as required by the
owner/consultant same is to be done by the contractor. Rate
included stacking all the materials at the designated places
within the site premises as directed by EIC.

Providing & applying 12 mm thick single coat plaster in


patches in C.M. 1 : 4 in perfect line, level, plumb and,
including providing and fixing 300 mm wide, Fibre mesh at
the junction of RCC members and wall, making the surface M2 15.00
