A Civic Center is a place where people can meet, socialize, entertain, and
exercise. It gathers most common types of facilities such as an parking,
auditorium, gymnasium, market, museum, library and administration. The
intention is to provide the public ease and access to those activities. Here, the
public can experience the education and recreation facilities which as a result, the
complex promotes a high level of interaction and socialization within the
community.
Secondary activities are the activities that necessary to accomplish the primary
activities. The administration which is the backbone of this complex is the major
secondary activities in order to ensure the efficiency of the facilities that this
