In time and attendance menu, the user is able to view and update his/her
DTR, Overtime and filed authorization slips such as travel order, trip ticket, pass
slip and manual entry.
Select Time & Attendance in the home menu then click Daily Time Record

In the option display, the user is allowed to set the range of the DTR, the
month/year covered and the name of the employee that user wants to display. Search
name, select month, year and the range of the employee’s DTR then click employee.
After clicking the employee’s name, DTR will display in the DTR details shown below.

In this panel, the user can view the DTR summary, DTR details and also the
authorization slip that was filed by the user by clicking the tab strip above.

The DTR summary panel displays the no. of regular days, no. of weekends,
holidays, travel, leave, hours worked, hours late, total hours of under time, absences
and late.
To view the DTR details, the user must click the arrow in the right side shown
below.
The DTR details display the daily time record of the employee in the specific
month and year.

Raw Data
The raw data displays the swiped time of the employees with each biometric
location. The user is also allowed to change the mode of the employee by clicking
either in or out to change the raw data mode.

In this sub menu, the user can view the raw data of his/her DTR which can
be set as an over time.
To set overtime, the user must click the check box of the raw data and
then click the Set as Overtime button. Take note that in setting overtime, the user
must select only one check in and one check out in selective dates. The user is also
allowed to change its mode by clicking In or Out.

- This button will set the checked raw data as overtime then
transferred it to the “Set Overtime” table.
The user is allowed to print overtime in the Daily Time Record tab menus.

Authorization Slip
In authorization slip, the user can apply travel orders, office order,
trip ticket, pass slip, and manual entries.

Select Time and Attendance menu, authorization slip then click travel
order.
The Travel Order is formal template that was used by the employee to
request permission for business travel. To create a travel order, the user must click
the “New Travel Order” button.

The control number text box is disabled, it is not necessary to fill up the
control number because it is system generated. The user will have the control number
after saving the created travel order.

Do not forget to entry the requesting personnel, inclusive dates and the
purpose of the travel before clicking the “Save Changes” button.

To create a trip ticket, the user must click the “New Trip Ticket” button.

The control number text box is disabled, it is not necessary to fill up the
control number because it is system generated. The user will have the control number
after saving the created trip ticket.

Select Time and Attendance menu, authorization slip then click Pass Slip

If the pass slip is for official use, the user must click the checkbox for
official business and if it’s a personal appointment then leave it uncheck.

Select Time and Attendance menu, authorization slip then Office Order.

If the office order is about travel, the user must check the checkbox of
“Travel Order” to tag the employees who was included in the office order.
