The learners are actively engaged in negotiating meaning and try to make
themselves understood because the learners are trying their best to test
their comprehension if they understand the lesson very well.

The second observation which is mistakes and conceptions are recognized


and used constructively to facilitate learning in order to motivate and learn
from the mistakes.

If l'm going to handle an advisory class, l will make my class awarding


unique by giving creative certificates and medals and other awards based
on what l observed during my class.

The tip #2 which is giving is formal tests, quizzes, and exams because
examinations are a great way to assess what the students have learned with
regards to subjects. Strengths and weaknesses can also be assessed through
exams.

I realized that assessment for the purpose of improving student


learning is best understood as an ongoing process that arises out of
the interaction between teaching and learning.

I believe that monitoring enables the teachers to understand what it


is that a student is learning and the student to receive feedback that
can enhance their learning.

I feel that regular formal and informal assessments provide


teachers with valuable information on the progress and
achievements of their students.
When I become a teacher, I will provide students with assistance
in achieving their personal academic goals.
