COUNTER-AFFIDAVIT

I, CHI-CHI, of legal age, Filipino citizen, separated and a resident of

Barangay Lot 7 Dragon Balls St, Kame Lands, Bantay, Ilocos Sur, being duly
sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and say that:
1. On October 15, 2009, I received a Subpoena requiring me to submit
counter-affidavits and supporting documents in answer to the criminal complaint
for a) Violation of the provisions of RA 10175 or the Cybercrime Prevention Act
of 2012; and b) Grave Threats.

2. That I met Yamcha sometime in 1998 through a group of mutual

friends. In 2000, after I got pregnant to our first born, we got married July 28,
2005. During the early stage of our marriage, it was marred by bickering and
quarrels, his getting involved to third parties. In 2002, I confronted him when he
was caught having an intimate conversation with someone and promised that he
will never get in contact with her anymore. And in 2003, another woman was again
involved and I told him that this might the last chance I can give. The promises and
betrayals were channeled to giving chances that goes on and on, until a time that I
really decided to really let him go. It was 2003 when Yamcha and I have gone our
separate ways, finally.

3. That since then, I have been living peacefully with our child in my
parent’s house and have never contacted Yamcha ever again. That I do not have a
smart phone/s, electronic digital devices capable of creating social media account.
And that I only have with a the typical keypad cellular phone since I only have my
family and my son to communicate with since our separation.
 4. I deny having control of the alleged social media account which might
have reflected my name and any information on social media and other similar
social platforms

5. That upon receipt of the subpoena which came to me by surprise and

contained allegations of me swearing and imputing unsavory words to the
complainant, Bulma. I

6. That Yamcha and I, has long been separated and have never contacted
each other since then.

7. That since I have been living with my parents ever since our separation,
never did I know that there is a Facebook account under which I was
named after.

In truth of the foregoing, I have hereunto set my hands this 8 th day of October
2009 at Bantay, Ilocos Sur.
