Make the body mould up out of 5 x 20mm thick MDF glued together, then shaper to the body shape.

Drill 25mm diameter holes where indicated to take the clamps that hold the ribs and end peices while
gluing the body together. The large slots are to take the braces. This is so the braces can then be shaped to Station 1
the correct curve for the belly and back.
