Job Title: Flight Attendant

Tell me about yourself?

First and foremost, I am a hard-working, loyal and enthusiastic person who
understands how important work is to my overall happiness.I take my work as one of the
bridges of my life because I know if something happens on that bridge it will be so hard to step
again and I am always looking to improve my skills and qualifications so I can work to the
highest standard possible in my role.

I do believe that there are 2 types of employees. First one is the employee who turns up to
work and does their job just to pay their bills. Second is the type of employee who puts all their
effort into that job and commits themselves to achieve their goals for the company and
employer. I am the second employee type and I believe that my previous records can be my
ticket as a strong appraisal that can demonstrate my application here.

I have excellent communication skills and fully understand how important it is to deliver
outstanding attendees in the flightcraft, after all without any travelers there would be no
business and I would not have a job. I also have good organizational skills and always plan my
weeks’ work in advance to make sure I perform to a high standard.

What experience did you learn in school about this field?

I have 4 years experience in the field of studying and applying all the works and criteria as the
flight attendant. In that time I gained a lot of experience through talks and webinars. Work
immersion is one of my foundations to conquer the lifestyle of an air host. I also have a lot of
experience about the duty to the customers with a high standards training. I also became one of
the representatives in the entrepreneurship talks when I’m in school. In the year of training I
learned that “the quality of your duty is one of the keys to success” and now I’m still willing to
learn on the real battlefield of an air host.

What do former classmates and teachers say about you?

“I do have faith in you” was what my best friend said when we started to step in front of the LPU
gate. I stuttered at that time because I didn't have any belief in myself. But when I hear what she
said to me. I was given a hope that someday it will be my time to shine.

What do you know about this company?

I really respect your company's commitment to be constantly evolving. I think that growth and
innovation are key in any industry but especially in the field of technology, and this organization
is constantly pushing past the preconceived limitations. In this past year alone you have taken
quite a few risks as you are entering different markets, all of which have paid off. As a flight
attendant, I strive to approach problems in new and creative ways, which is why I think I would
be an asset to this team.
What have you done to improve your knowledge in the last year?

Everyone should learn from his mistake. I always try to consult my mistakes with my kith and kin
especially with elderly and experienced people.

Why do you want to work for this company?

I'm interested in this job because I can see that, in this role, my skills could help solve this
problem within your company. I also see an opportunity for me to learn and grow these skills, so

Are you a team player?

I understand and appreciate the fact that a team environment is both productive and efficient. I
have the ability to compromise, show respect to others and listen to the needs of my
teammates. While I can be a leader when necessary, I can also play an equal role on the team
when the situation merits

What is your philosophy towards work?

Work is very important to me because I enjoy doing things that'll either help someone or
potentially change someone's life, even in a small way. Helping customers through challenges
gives me a sense of purpose in my work. When I encounter a problem at work, I use the
motivation I get from helping others to resolve the issue. Additionally, when I do work that helps
my coworkers, I find I'm more motivated to complete those tasks as well. Working with others
really helps me thrive in the workplace, and I consider myself a team-oriented person for
projects and daily work

Explain how you would be an asset to this organization.

As I am a fresher, it does not make sense if I say I am the best, but it is for sure that I will set
myself as an example in front of others with my dedication towards my work which will indeed
help the betterment and development of the organization.
