Thank you for volunteering to participate in this assessment. Please fill out the workstation and
personal measurements indicated below to the best of your ability. If you cannot provide a
measurement because you do not have someone to help you measure or for another reason,
please indicate this below and the students will explore this further with you. Body
measurements are best performed when you are seated at the back of your chair with your feet
supported on the floor or on another object if needed.
