SUBJECT : 8th Division Convergence of Education Leaders

1. The Schools Division Office of San Carlos City will have its 8th Division Convergence
of Education Leaders on December 22, 2021 at 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., SDS Hall.

2. Registration will start at 7:30 a.m and please observe the health and safety protocols set
by the IATF.

3. Present the vaccination card upon entry or the RT-PCR Negative Result at the
entrance/guard house, for queries on this matter kindly contact our Medical Officer III,
Dr. Evangelene T. Abana-Froylan.

4. Expenses relative to this activity shall be charged against Division MOOE subject to the
usual government accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
