ROLE: MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Location Noida, India


Education Qualification MBA – Sales & Marketing with 70% throughout in
all educational qualifications (10th,12th, Graduation,
and Post-Graduation)
Annual Total CTC as Trainee (Pre-Placement offer on INR 6 - 8 Lakhs* (depending upon interview
selection post-internship) performance)
Monthly Stipend as Intern (student period) INR 25,000 - 30,000
MT Period 1 Year
Fitment and absorption in Company Based on performance and as per internal Banding
Policy. Absorption will be at Sales
Associate/Executive (E3 Level) after assessment &
completion of the Training period
Selection Process Aptitude test - > Group Discussion -> Business
Round - > Final HR Round
*includes fixed + performance-based variable pay + joining bonus

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Actively involved with the sales team in various domains of Business Development
• Gathering market, competition, and customer information
• Market Research for identifying and filtering prospects
• Cold calling and Lead Generation
• Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects
• Set up and deliver sales presentation, product/services demonstration, and other sales action
• Responsible for acquiring business and achieving sales target
• Making online/onsite product demonstrations to clients across geographical locations
• Timely updating sales activities in the internal systems
• Travelling required: 0-40%
• Responding to RFPs/ RFIs, Solution Preparation, Product Demonstrations, and Proposal writing

• An Effective Communicator with excellent Relationship building and interpersonal skills with demonstrated skills
including the ability to engage in meaningful conversations virtually
• Strong analytical, problem-solving & organizational abilities
