Our client is a leading Global FinTech company with offices throughout India. They make products that run
leading financial institutions in almost 100 countries. They have around 3 decades of technology and
domain expertise in this area. They are looking to hire bright and enterprising software freshers to join their
Engineering and Product teams.

Job Summary

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Required Skills / Abilities

Must have skills – Hands on

1. Core Java
2. Framework - Spring ‘boot’
3. Micro services – e.g REST API

Distinct Advantage & Good to have:

1. Cloud Experience in deployment (CI/CD)

2. No SQL / SQL

Behavioural and Enabling Skills

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

2. Proven ability to multi-task and deliver results within tight time frames
3. Must have strong Verbal & Written Communication skills
4. Strong Listening Skills and attitude to learn
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in team and as Individual contributor

Education and Experience

1. 0-3 years (2019/2020/2021 graduates)

2. Preferred: BE/BTech (Computer Science/ Information Technology/Electrical/Electronics/ECE) or
MCA

Duties and Responsibilities

• Write well designed and testable code
• Design, Implement and Maintaining Java Applications
• Independently Conduct Software Analysis, Programming, Testing & Debugging of applications
• Ensure compliance of Design with Requirement Specifications
• Ability to identify Design Patterns and do independent Code Reviews

Who we are:

SounderGrad has been retained to hire, trained software developers by our client.
The compensation will be 4.5 – 5 LPA CTC for the above-mentioned roles.
