“Spotless Dishes” Automatic Dishwasher H-DC-0029

Gel – Enzyme Gel
Deliver spot-free and film-free performance using Noverite™ AD 810N polymer in a phosphate-free enzyme-based gel formulation.
Noverite™ AD 810N polymer provides the chelating and anti-filming functionality of typically several ingredients thus simplifying your
formulation. Carbopol® 691 polymer provides reduced splashing, suspension of insoluble particles and improved cup retention to this
gel formulation. This formulation is phosphate-free and provides cost-effective enzyme-based gel detergent.

Procedure:
1. Using moderate agitation (~800 rpm) provided by a variable speed mixing unit
and an impeller suitable for general mixing and blending operations, disperse or
screen the Carbopol® 691 polymer into the deionized water. Mix the slurry
until the slurry is homogeneous.
2. Neutralize to a pH of about 8.5 using 50% NaOH.
3. Add the Noverite™ AD 810N polymer. Mix until homogenous.
4. Continue mixing while adding remaining ingredients in order listed.
