Procedure:
1. Pre-mix A ingredients in order, heat to 40-45°C.
2. Add DI water and NaOH into main vessel followed by Premix-A; stir until uniform.
3. Add C ingredients to the vessel in order.
4. Pre-mix D and transfer to the vessel with agitation.
5. Add E ingredient.
6. Add F ingredients in order with agitation and mix until homogeneous for another
15 minutes.
