The document outlines a lesson plan for a negotiation exercise where students will work in groups to match fictional profiles of men and women to make couples. It involves multiple stages: individually reading profiles and planning matches, discussing as a small group to decide on a plan, joining a larger company group to agree on matches, and presenting the company's matches to the teachers. The goal is to practice negotiation and persuasion skills in English by roleplaying as marriage agency clerks tasked with making couples from profiles with different information provided to each student.
