GROUND LEVEL OBSERVATION AREA Describe What Happened?
& HEALTH ISSUE

At about 15:00 PM on 19 Feb 2019,

during Safety Rounds, It was
observed that Foreman Amar while
travelling towards 50 Rooms area
Housekeeping TCF -1 slipped his vehicle on wet road soil
at the intersection of two road.
After slipping, the vehicle driven by
Mr. Amar just kissed the back
bumper of water bowser.

At about 11:45 AM on 18 Feb 2019, It

was reported that Foreman Majid
(Iqama Number 2279042663), travelling
at high speed & crossing the road
without seeing at the intersction near
TCF -1 tank area and was about to hit the the
SAPMT Safety Advisor vehicle coming
from safety inspection to Intrim office.
The accident was narrowly escaped
because of evasive action of SAPMT
Safety Advisor.

At about 11:00 AM on 6 Mar 2019, a

trailer No. 2294 was bringing the
manhole to TCF 1. After reaching 12

the data cable running alongside the
fence and damaged the PVC pipe safety
covering on the data cable. The flagman
deputed with Excavator immediately
saw the PVC pipe and stopped the
excavator and reported the matter to
CM MEP.
