It was recently come to my attention that a computer security problem exists within
our organization. I understanding that the problem is twofold in nature:

Henceforth, you are prehibited from sharing passwords for security reasons under
any circumstance. We must also forbide you to use automatic log-on files because
they empower anyone to have access to our entire computer system and all
company data.

It recently come to my attention that there are computer security problem, and the problem is twofold in
nature:
(a) The computer password have been shared.
(b) Automatic log-on procedures are used.
You are prohibited from sharing passwords, and you are prohibited to use log-on procedures so that
others can't have access to our entire computer system and all company data.
