 ₱300.00 per month for an officer.

Incentive Pay - A member (licensed) of the Medical, Veterinary, Dental, and
Legal professions who have joined the PNP will receive an incentive payment in
the form of a cash bonus. The incentive is paid at a rate of ₱200.00 per month,
which is incorporated into the employee’s monthly pay check.
Specialist Pay - Deserving non-officer personnel of the PNP who are not
assigned in critical areas (in order to qualify for combat pay) and who have
demonstrated efficiency and effectiveness through their skills, aptitude
training, experiences, and knowledge of specific police duties and specialties is
eligible for this payment.
Flying Pay - All PNP pilots and aircraft crews whose duties necessitate regular
and frequent aerial flights are eligible for this allowance as long as they meet
the flying time requirements of four (4) hours of aerial flight per month. The
flying pay rate is set at fifty percent (50%) of their authorized base pay.
Sea Duty Pay - It is given to all Philippine National Police (PNP) personnel who
will be assigned in PNP units that will be activated for law enforcement duties
in our inland waters (lakes and river systems) as well as coastal and territorial
waters. At the end of each month or at the end of each quarter, the PNP
Maritime Command pays its personnel at a rate of twenty-fifth percent (25
percent) of their base pay, which is distributed monthly.
 Non-Officer — ₱150.00 per month
Burial Allowance - Financial assistance to the bereaved family of a uniformed
member of the PNP in the event of his death, regardless of the circumstances
surrounding his death.
Other Financial Benefits - The following are additional benefits received by
uniformed personnel of the PNP in addition to the regular and collateral
allowances.
Anniversary Bonus - In order to be eligible, PNP uniformed personnel must
have served for at least one (1) year in the PNP as of the date of the milestone
year (15th anniversary and every five (5) years thereafter), and they must not
have been convicted of any offense in connection with their work during the
five-year period between milestone years. a sum not exceeding ₱3,000.00 shall
be received as payment
Mid-Year (13th Month) Bonus
It is equivalent to one (1) month’s basic salary as of May 15, and shall be
granted to those who have rendered at least four (4) months of satisfactory
service and are still in service as of the same date, and shall be given not earlier
than May 15 of each year.

Capital Region Command (CAPCOM) Incentive Pay - It is a stipend based on the
distinct nature of CAPCOM’s mission and functions in relation to its
geographical region, Metro Manila. All PNP uniformed personnel assigned to
CAPCOM, regardless of whether they are assigned to one of the five (5) Police
District Commands, are covered by this. A monthly allowance of ₱75.00 or a
regular allowance of ₱2.50 per day.
Special Clothing Allowance - In the Philippines, it is a stipend given to
uniformed PNP personnel who make regular public appearances or attend
ceremonies, and who are assigned to units or activities that require them to
maintain a professional appearance at all times. The amounts to be earned are
as follows: for PCO, ₱300; for PNCO, ₱150.
Starting with the date of issuance of the first special clothing allowance, an
additional sum is charged for maintenance: for PCO, it is ₱80, and ₱40 for
PNCO.
Cold Weather Clothing Allowance - It is an additional allowance given to all
uniformed personnel assigned in cold climates where cold weather clothing is
recommended, if not required, for their protection. This allowance enables PNP
personnel to purchase the cold-weather clothing that is required by law. The
initial payment of ₱1,000.00 is made to all PNP personnel assigned in the
aforementioned areas for the first year, followed by an annual maintenance
fund of ₱300.00 for the following years.
Winter Clothing Allowance - It is a stipend given to all uniformed personnel of
the Philippine National Police who will be undergoing foreign schooling or
training in order to cover the costs of acquiring the necessary winter clothing
while abroad (Ref: NAPOLCOM Resolution No. 91-18):
Year-End (14th Month) Bonus - It is equivalent to one (1) month’s basic salary,
and a cash gift at the prescribed rates will be given in November of each year.
Enhanced Performance-Based Bonus - It is equivalent to one (1) month to two
(2) months’ basic salary and will be phased in over two (2) years beginning in
the fiscal year 2017. The enhanced PBB will be granted using a progressive rate
system. The amount of PBB increases in proportion to the position and
responsibility for improving agency performance.
Productivity Enhancement Incentive - It shall be distributed no earlier than
December 15 of each year to all qualified government employees at a cost of
Five Thousand Pesos (₱5,000) per employee with the goal of increasing the
productivity of government employees.
Officers’ Allowance - It will be provided to uniformed personnel of the PNP as
an interim measure until the base pay schedule has been modified and
rationalized in accordance with Executive Order No 201, series of 2016.
Provisional Allowance - It is a monthly allowance given to PNP Uniformed
Personnel to be implemented in four (4) tranches as provided under Executive
Order No 201, series of 2016.
Rice Subsidy - It is a cash-based interim allowance that will be equivalent to
twenty (20) kilos of rice or a total of Six Hundred Fifty Pesos (₱650.00) per
month, whichever is greater.

 Star-Ranked Officers — $300

 Other PNP uniformed personnel- $250

Initial Clothing Allowance - It is a monetary allowance of ₱20,000.00 given to

all new PNP recruits who join the PNP for the first time, regardless of whether
they are PCOs or PNCOs.

Replacement Clothing Allowance - It is an allowance that is paid every three

years of continuous service after that and is calculated from the year in which
the individual joined the uniformed service. The following adjustments will be
made to RCA rates:

Hardship Allowance - All PNP personnel assigned to Loran Station and Border
Crossing Station, as well as other units/stations/sites/ that are isolated and
inaccessible by normal air, water, or land transportation, and who are covered
by official orders, are eligible for this allowance. (Refer to Fiscal Directive Nr
2016-05): The PNP is required to waive HDP, RHP, and other collateral
allowances.
