Dialog :
Situation : Brian, an exchange student from Baltimore has problem with his teeth. He is
taking with Doctor Nurul, a dentist.
Doctor : So Brian, you are an exchange student? What’s up?
Brian : My toothache, Doctor. I couldn’t eat nor study. It’s terrible.
Doctor : Did you take any painkiller?
Brian : No, not yet.
Doctor : Let me have a look. Well! You must have eaten too much ice cream.
Brian : Everyday, Doctor. It’s very cheap in Indonesia.
Doctor : Well, you must brush your teeth after each meal. Your oral hygiene is very
poor. I must give your carries some nerve treatment, then also some scaling
here and there, okay stay still, please.
Brian : Will you extract any tooth?
Doctor : No, this is just a minor dental treatment.
Brian : Okay, Doctor, whatever you say. I just want to get rid of my pain. I’ll have a
next week.
Doctor : Your tooth must be operated. I will give the consent forms
