 Describe this picture

The picture describes the immunization of elementary school students carried out by local
health center officials. The immunization program is usually notified to parents and guardians of
students because if it is communicated to students, many students will not go to school. There is
definitely stress for students when immunization is about to be carried out. Usually when
students are about to be immunized, they are afraid, but the officers always provide comfort to
the students. Some students do not want to be immunized, but officers must be able to persuade
students to be immunized. Immunization is not carried out for students who are sick. Before
immunization, student data collection is carried out. then the student is called for the injection.
When the injection is about to be given, the officer often diverts the child's attention so that the
child does not feel pain. However, quite a few students cried when the injection was given.
Officers must have good persuasion and motivation skills in getting students to want to be
immunized so that students do not experience a phobia of needles. After immunization is
complete, officers always give words of praise to students who dare to be immunized.
