KNOWLEDGE

Denning. S (2021). Understanding knowledge implies an understanding of its relationship

to information. Information — facts structured in meaningful patterns — and knowledge —

which has historically been viewed as something that is believed, that is true (for pragmatic

knowledge, that works), and that is dependable — have long been distinguished in everyday

language. Knowledge, according to Cambridge University (2021) is "understanding or

information about a subject gained by experience or study, whether acquired by one person or by

a group of individuals."

SKILLS

Skill, according to Merriam-Webster (2021) is the ability to perform a task as a result of

training, experience, or practice. Indeed Editorial Team (2021) stated that nurses are highly

respected healthcare professionals who are in high demand around the country and require a

unique set of talents to succeed. Nursing skills enable nursing practitioners to care for others in a

timely and precise manner, frequently for persons who are sick or unable to care for themselves.

Nurses with the necessary abilities can collaborate with other medical experts to give the most

comprehensive and tailored care to all patients.

ATTITUDE

Attitude is an emotion or view about something or someone, or a manner of acting, according

to Cambridge University (2021). Price. B (2015) stated that in nursing, attitudes are extremely

important. Attitudes assist us in determining what people consider significant, good, relevant,

and suitable in terms of concerns and processes in care. We need to understand attitudes if we

want to provide collaborative, patient-centered treatment, yet we don't.
