Chief Financial Officer
Current Report Under Section 17 of the Securities Regulation Code Amid
COVID-19 Pandemic

Pursuant to the declaration of state policy to ensure full and fair disclosure, the Company,
AllHome Corp. (“AllHome”) has taken specific measures to mitigate the risks brought about by the
COVID-19 Pandemic.

AllHome being retail in nature, is exposed to the risk of disrupted supply chain and its potential
impact on its inventory levels due to this virus. However, AllHome’s debut on the stock market
last year gave AllHome added financial security to raise capital to fund its needed inventories for
its new stores. AllHome’s existing inventory is about 6-8 months worth of sales. Moreover, the
impact on its inventories is only for specific category- such as tiles and sanitary wares- by which
AllHome has already negotiated with existing suppliers both locally and other Southeast Asian
countries such as Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia and Vietnam.

COVID-19 also impose the risk of a decline in foot traffic on AllHome stores as well as a
potential drop in home furnishing and home building spending for the year. AllHome believes that
its stores are strategically located in areas where there are existing or upcoming communities
which serve as its captive market.

There is also a risk of a potential impact on AllHome’s new store roll-out for the year, in the
light of the recent situation. AllHome is constantly evaluating its expansion program. AllHome
reassures the public that it will inform and disseminate information should there be a significant
change in its expansion program.

Finally, AllHome’s top priority is the health and safety of its employees, and measures are
currently being implemented to ensure the same.
