Course description
The course provides an overview of the entire field of ICT Law, with specific emphasis on the
legal aspects of computing, communications and other components of modern Information and
Communication Technologies (ICT).

Course objectives
The course exposes students to the law and policy regulating ICT, the protection of the rights of
stakeholders in the industry, and the applicable dispute resolution mechanisms.

as some are related. Discuss
