 About us
DSG Technology represents a extensive new
breed of patented high-tech ammunition that
is breaking what has been believed to be the
boundaries of the natural laws. Until recent it has
been a known fact that bullets shot into water,
stops after a few inches. DSG Technology has now
proven that wrong by bringing swimming bullets
to the market! We have spent more than 10 years
carefully crafting and refining our projectiles to
perfection.
Less known, but equally impressive is our patented
armor piercing ammunition. The extreme precision
and finesse involved in producing our ammunition
has forced us to divide from our initial plan to be-
come a traditional ammunition provider, to rather
becoming a high-tech company.
In fact we had to approach the very best com-
panies that was producing parts for the space
industry, nobody else could meet the tolerances
needed.
DSG Technology has been around since 2006, but
in 2018 the entire management team was re-
placed with a completely new management team.
We “the current management” therefore count
2018 as ground zero for the company.

 Supercavitation explained

Supercavitation is the use of cavitation effects to

create a bubble of gas or vapor large enough to
encompass an object travelling through a liquid,
greatly reducing the skin friction drag on the
object and enabling high speeds. Current applica-
tions are mainly limited to projectiles or fast super-
cavitating torpedoes. In water, cavitation occurs
when water pressure is lowered below the water’s
vapour pressure, forming bubbles of vapour.

A supercavitating object is a high speed sub-

merged object that is designed to initiate a cavita-
tion bubble at the nose which (either naturally or
augmented with internally generated gas) extends
past the aft end of the object, substantially reduc-
ing the skin friction drag that would be present
if the sides of the object were in contact with the
liquid in which the object is submerged.

 Classified as Multi Environment Ammunition -
MEA™ - this projectile is effective against sub-
merged targets and targets in the air. Depending
on the weapon and the used loading variant, this
ammunition is suitable for use in partial or fully
submerged weapons, regardless of if the target is
in water or on the surface. Due to the unconven-
tional shape and significant mass, this round offer
great armor piercing capability against Multi-Lay-
er Structures. This shape is also very effective
against targets with fiber structure or mud, even
when covered by sand. This projectile may be

offered in two loading variants, A2 and X2, where
both enable swimming capabilities.
A2 load is the most powerful when engaging
targets in air or water, but can only be shot from
the air. Suitable for patrol boats, machine guns,
coastal guards, and dedicated marksmen that
would engage Multi-environment threats. X2 load
is designed for combat swimmers and SOF per-
sonnel that operates submerged.

 This projectile was designed to have extreme pre-
cission at long distance, as well as having unique
capabilities with subsonic load. Due to the projec-
tile design, weight, balance and extreme toler-
ances during manufacturing and loading process,
the XMP projectile has a flatter and more stable
trajectory throughout its flight, and will keep the
same kinetic energy and accuracy 25% farther
than conventional military ammunition. During
development, it was proven extremely capable
in penetrating a wide range of materials, in fact
so effective that we decided to name it: XMP™ -
Xtreme Material Penetration™. 7.62 XMP™ are,

as most of the projectiles from DSG Technology,
extremely heavy.
With the use of traditional calculation, bullets
with this weight will not fly stable in barrels with
“normal” twist. Our engineering team had to
discard all existing “rules” and look to nature in
order to make the impossible possible.
After more than 12 years of experiments, DSG
Technology now possesses know-how and meth-
ods to have .30 projectiles weighing in at 19-gram
stable in a 1:10 twist barrel.

 Mission scenarios
Never before have soldiers had the capability to
take out targets in air from a submerged position.
Wether it is a radar, a water pump, antenna or any
form of threat. Our Cav-X ammunition enables
divers to fire their weapon from a submerged
position, taking out targets on the surface before
surfacing themselves. Divers will now be safer by
gaining the capability to defend themselves
against a diversity of threats under water. Taking
out submerged targets such as listening pipes or
other submerged equipment or technology will
also be a new capability gained. Shooting from
the air into the water to destroy a target will add
new capabilities to Navy, Airforce and coastguard.

Shooting against targets in water, where conven-
tional ammunition would represent a risk of bullet
ricochet will no longer be an issue with our Cav-X
supercavitating rounds, since the projectiles con-
tinue into the water.
In addition to the obvious benefits of added
distance and penetration capabilities, our
7.62×51 XMP rounds have close to the same
effect on target as a standard NATO .50 caliber
ball. That makes it ideal to use in a mini-gun on a
small helicopter where weight is critical.
