NOTE:
Professors are to submit items for the comprehensive exam to the department chair for
consolidation. The department will facilitate the examination on the scheduled date.

 Photocopy of license

4. Each professor can order one REFERENCE BOOK for each subject handled. Once the book
arrives, submit the books for cataloging and reimbursement along with a sales invoice/official
receipt from the supplier billed to Romblon State University (RSU).

5. The university is working on the requirements to allow the conduct of face-to-face classes.
Meantime, professors have the academic freedom to implement a mix of synchronous and
asynchronous activities in the class.

6. Attendance will be monitored via biometrics once physical classes resume. Meantime, part-time
instructors can record their attendance in a Daily Time Record (DTR) form. Please see the
schedule below for your daily log.
