OBJECTIVES
At the end of the MPRE, the participants would have:
1) Revisit IPCRF and align with the PPST
2) M a k e i n d i v i d u a l c a t c h - u p p l a n a n d d e v e l o p m e n t p l a n s f o r
c o m p e t e n c i e s not covered and least learned skills
3) Review of programs and projects previously conducted
4) C a p a b i l i t y B u i l d i n g o n I M P r o d u c t i o n a r e v i e w o n t h e l e a r n e r s
materials
5) Strengthen spiritual aspect of teachers
1. Consistent with DepEd Order (DO) No. 2, s. 2015
prescribing the Guidelines on the Establishment and
Implementation of the Results-Based Performance Management
System (RPMS) in the Department of Education (DepEd) and
pursuant to Section 5 of DO 42, s. 2017 on the National Adoption
and Implementation of the Philippine Professional Standards for
Teachers (PPST), which mandates that all performance appraisals
for teachers shall be based on this set of standards, this
Department continues its commitment to integrating and embedding
the PPST into the RPMS for teachers.
2. Geared towards competency-based performance
management, professional development, and career progression, the
PPST-based RPMS for teachers shall utilize althea 37 indicators of
the PPST and shall be distributed across three school years (SYs):SY
20222023, SY 2023-2024, and SY 2024-2025.

• 13. All COIs shall be measured using the following Performance
Indicators: Quality and Efficiency.
Quality shall be measured through the demonstration of
COIs during the Classroom Observation (CO) and the submission of
the Classroom Observation Tool (COT) or Inter-Observer Agreement
Form, whichever is applicable, as means of verification (MOV).
