Part A (75%) Team Based Project Report (This is completed after Part B)

You will be assigned to a team of 3 or more fellow xxx students.

1. Working together you will create a diagnostic tool which will allow you to measure and
analyse the entrepreneurial mindset of yourself and other entrepreneurs.
2. Working as team you will use the diagnostic tool to analyse the entrepreneurial mindset
of each team member.
3. Working individually, you will use the diagnostic tool to analyse the mindset of at least
one full time business founder. The business founder may not be a current student.
4. You will compare your own mindset with the other members of your team and full time
founder you interview.

The Written Assignment

1.Briefly describe the diagnostic tool you have created. Include the diagnostic tool as a table in
the main body of the assignment. (This table will not count towards the word count.) (10%)
2.Describe which theories and studies you drew on to develop the tool. (20%)
3.Explain why you chose the structure and format which you used. Refer to literature on
questionnaire design. (20%)
4.Describe who you used the diagnostic tool with and compare your own entrepreneurial
mindset with the other people you used it on. Review your individual learning contract
submission in the light of this new analysis. (30%)
I believe i have positive mental attitude,Working on what am passionate and low self confidence

5.Appendix - In no more than 300 words (which does not count towards the wordcount), assess
the contribution which you and each of the other team members made to designing the
questionnaire. Describe any problems you encountered. Give each other team member a
score out of 20 for the contribution they made. (20%)
I personally was strangled with getting things done earlier than later but everyone was relaxing
and what I understand is that is the way they doing stuff so decide to fit as things goes.
We are 5 as team if you are creating table for it
