About the organization :Describe the organization where you did your internship? What is the
history of the organization and how they evolved? What are their products? How is their HR
department and what is its structure and responsibilities? What is the culture of the
organization( basically your impression about the organization) ? How is the leadership of the
organization? The organizational flow chart (line of command).

Field work Procedure: (Or what was the problem that you were asked to work on)

Work assigned Describe (in which part of the organization you worked, how was a typical
day for you) what you did and whom you worked with. Describe in detail for every task.
Following things need to be discussed for every task performed:
 What were Goals given by the organization?
 How you analyzed the problem?
 How you used scientific practices or tools/ have you collected data?
 How you identified the solution/ reported results?
 How you ensured behavior modification happens for your solution?

Please list all the activities/steps performed during the task. Please also discuss the final result
of your intervention.

While performing above activities what challenges you faced? How you resolved those
challenges? What happened finally? There is no harm in sharing your failures as well.
In next few pages, Assess the aspects of organization where an I/O psychologist can play a
role? And how? Cover areas like selection, training, appraisals, on-boarding, engagement etc,

Discuss the degree and nature of guidance from your supervisor; also discuss the working
relations within the office -- were they pressured by a great deal of work, or relaxed; how
harmonious and effective was the office? Were there any major crises or challenges that
affected the office?
