Population growth
Population growth is two types:
1) Exponential ( unrestricted) growth:
It happen in population with no predation, no parasitism, no competition, no
immigration, no emigration, and the enviroment with unlimited resources.
2) Logistic ( restricted) growth:
There is a limit to number(maximum number) of individuals that can
occupy one area at certain time( Carrying Capacity).
Carrying Capacity can change as the enviromental conditions change.

Types of population interactions

1) Competition:
Paramecium caudatum and paramecium aurelia when cultured
separately, each population grow rapidly and leveled off at carrying
capacity.when they cultured together, p.aurelia has advantage and drive
the other species to extinction. So two species cannot coexist in a
community if they share a Niche, and use same resources.
In competition, one of the species will become extinct,or one will evolve
through natural selection to take advantage of resources.

2) Predation:
It refers to one animal eating another animal, or animal eat plants.
It is short-term relationship.
There is an alternative evolutionary relationship between predator and
prey. This known as Coevolution where evolution of one species
depends on evolution of other species.

3) Symbiosis:
It is long-term relationship between organisms of different
species living together.
It is 3 types:
