The Government has issued orders for granting permission to conduct the two special
grace chances for the old Diploma Students of OR, NR, RR, RS(C), NS (D), G, J and K to
appear for the Board Examinations during the Month of October 2019 and April 2020 vide
reference cited.

The relevant papers for the major courses from OR, NR, RR, RS(C), NS(D), G, J and K
Scheme and for allied courses in which the grace chance student have to write the October
2019 and April 2020 examination is enclosed.

You are requested to disseminate the information to the old students by displaying it in
the College Notice Board and send letters to all such individual students.
