NOMINAL ROLL UPDATION CIRCULAR

(Regular Students & Arrear + Grace Chance Students of Apr/Oct 2020)

The Principals are requested to mark the examination fee paid status of all Regular
Students in the DipExOnline portal as follows:

 Regular Students Data

o Edit Exam Fee Paid Status (all candidates as per Students Attendance are
marked Examination Fee Paid Status as Y. If any of the candidates not paid
examination fee, change their status to N).
o Take Draft Copy
o If Draft Copy is ok, Take Final Copy

The details of supplementary and grace chance candidates (registered in April

2020/October 2020), still have arrear subjects, are uploaded in the FTP with the file name
???_SGC.CSV. Open this file in Microsoft Excel > Save As > Excel Workbook. This will save
as ???_SGC.XLSX.

If any of the student not remitted examination fees, just delete the row. Finally this excel
file will contain only the particulars of candidates remitted examination fees. If any regno is
missing (i.e. registered in Apr/Oct 2020 having arrears), you can add the particulars at the
end.

Then upload this ???_SGC.XLSX file in the DipExOnline

 Supplementary & Grace Chance (Apr/Oct 2020)

o Upload SGC Excel File.
o Take Draft Copy & Verify It
o If OK, take Final Copy.

To add grace candidates who have paid examination fee during the extended period (i.e.
upto 18.06.2021 - 11:00 a.m), the Principals are requested to remit the Examination Fees
in the Government Account today itself (i.e. on 18.06.2021) and enter the details in the
NRADDLA21.xlsx and upload them in the DipExOnline Portal (Additional Nominal Roll).

a) Regular Students Data

b) SGC (Supplementary & Grace Chance registered in Apr/Oct 2020)
c) Additional Nominal Roll (Supplementary & Grace Chance not registered in Apr/Oct
2020)

will be shared in the FTP after scrutiny. Addition / Correction of data will not be permitted
after taking final copy. The Principals are requested to complete the above, before 05:00
p.m. today i.e. 18.06.2021. Request for extension of time will not be entertained.
