PLEASE NOTE: In signing this form you are confirming to the Council that you
hold sufficient Public Liability Insurance to cover the display of items on the
highway and that the Insurance specifically covers you for the display of items
on the highway.

Notes

Note 1. First year non refundable application fee for Pavement Café’s is £75
Note 2. Licences will only be issued after the balance of any fees have been paid
and all requested documents have been provided.

Fees

Pavement Café (1st year fee £300 including £75 application fee - max area of 6m2)
Pavement Café (annual renewal fee £150 – max area of 6m2)

Pavement Café areas greater than 6m2 will be charged at an additional £20 per m2 for
the first year and renewals charged at an additional £15 per m2).

Applications to amend details of a licence will incur an administration charge or may


attract a new first year fee, in which case the amended licence will run for a further 12
month period.
