Madam:
Matho Integrated Secondary School under the administration of Dr. Maria Elena F. Morales,
the school head; prepares its school facilities, faculty and staff for the upcoming limited
face-to-face classes starting this January 3, 2022. In view of this, MRS. ELLEN BAGNOL
LAGURA a Science Teacher but she’s handling English subjects, had recently submitted her
application for a MATERNITY LEAVE effective on January 3. However, she had completely
taken a break 2 weeks ago for she can’t handle her situation on her pregnancy.
Thus, the school requested a direct Substitute of her, he is Mr. REYNOLD M. LAURON an
English major and also included in the RQA. He recently finished his Appointment as
Substitute Teacher in San Miguel National High School last December 17.
In connection to this, I humbly sent this letter to your good office to ask for your favor
accepting the request of the school.
