Iloilo by these presents do hereby NAME, APPOINT and CONSTITUTE one, MA. JOSHUA M.
REYES, also a Filipino, of legal age, a Licensed Customs Broker with present address at 9776
Liwanag St., Brgy. Vitalez, Paranaque City, to be my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, for
me and in my name place and stead, to do the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To represent me, sign in my behalf; negotiate for the approval and release of my
Certificate of Accreditation and Registration Unit (ICARE), Port of Manila;

2. To pick up and have custody of the same and henceforth deliver the same to me;

3. To bind me for whatever action that may be taken in connection therewith; and

4. In general, to do such other acts and things in pursuit of the foregoing authority.
