SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, ELSIE ALVARADO HERRERA, of legal age, Filipino, single, and residing at Lot 39,
Phase 1, Thaddeus Subd., Mandurriao, Iloilo City, Philippines, have named, appointed and
constituted, and by these presents do hereby name, appoint and constitute my niece JADE
HERRERA GUIMBALISTA, of legal age, Filipino, single and also a resident of East Baluarte, Molo,
Iloilo City, as my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and
perform the following acts and things to wit:

1. To TRANSACT, PROCESS, FACILITATE, DEMAND, SECURE, OBTAIN and RECEIVE

in my behalf any and all of my personal transactions;

3. To DEMAND, CLAIM, ACCEPT and RECEIVE all sums of money which are and shall
become due, owing and payable or belonging to me by any and all persons, firms or corporations,
and upon receipt thereof, to execute and deliver effectual receipts, release and discharge therefore;

3. To ENDORSE and ENCASH any and all notes, checks or bills of exchange payable to me;

4. To MAKE, EXECUTE, SIGN and DELIVER any papers, instrument, contracts and writings
whatsoever nature or kind with any and all third persons, concerns, or entities private or public upon
just and proper terms and conditions acceptable to my said attorney that may be necessary and
proper in connection with the foregoing authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact, full power and authority
whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all
intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if I am personally present with full power of
substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming that all that my said Attorney-in-Fact
or her substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
