- Behind the PNPTI Grandstand / road in front of PNPTI Headquarters building
- Along HPG and Crime Laboratory area (in front of shomai store)
- Behind NFSTI building – (Tita’s store, at the end of the path going inside the residential
area behind the NFSTI building)

II. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT

- Wearing Red shirt with Adidas print
- Wearing Blue short pants with leaf patterns
- Wearing Black cap with white Nike print
- Wearing rose gold/ gold plated wrist watch
- Wearing black rubber shoes
- Average height for male
- With fair skin
- Average body build/ physique

III. CHORONOLOGY
- On or about 11:45 am, the subject was spotted by team 1. The subject passed by on foot
in front of the PNPTI headquarters building. With him is a guy about of same age
wearing black shirt, PNP Athletic short, black cap, and black running shoes. While they
were walking, a guy of middle age around 30-35 years old, wearing black shirt and
shorts, wearing slippers, with moustache, medium length braided hair, medium sized
body build/physique, and riding a bicycle. Moreover, the latter is believed to be a friend
of the subject and his buddy because they looked quite close with each other. However
they were going the opposite way so they separated right after they had a small chat.

- On or about 12:00 pm they were spotted by team 2 walking along the intersection
towards the HPG department and turning left to the Crime Laboratory Department.

- On or about 12:11 pm the 3rd team spotted the subject with the same guy he was with
the first time he was spotted also passed by on foot. They walked and went turned right
to the path going to the residential area behind the NFSTI building. The team was also
informed by the 1st team about the possible informant (man riding the bicycle) so right
after they spotted the subject and his buddy they immediately moved to locate the
possible informant.

- On or about 12:30 the possible informant was spotted passing by the same path so team
1 tried to interact. Team 1 then acted like they were missing so they had a conversation
about first asking come locations around the camp until they were able to talk about the
residential area behind the NFST building saying that they were living in that area in a
relative’s house. Until they mentioned about seeing a “handsome” guy (the subject) so
they were able to elicit information from the informant such as some of his personal
information (name, nickname, hobbies, age, grade level) as well as the information
about the subject’s buddy.

- On or about 12:57 the subject and his buddy established in a Store (Tita’s store). They
sat down, they were talking and laughing, they were also using their phones. Around
1:00 pm the subject was seen receiving a package from LBC, the package looked like
 documents as its appearance suggests, flat and inside an envelope. So the 4 th team was
able to take pictures as evidence of sightings.

- After the 4th team was retrieved by the 1st team, the group then met each other in a
store beside the crime laboratory, when one of us noticed that she was missing
something (some amount of money) so she decided to go back with her buddy.

- On or about 1:30, the subject and his buddy was lastly spotted around the corner of the
NFSTI building towards the path to BFP department.

IV. DETAILED DESCRIPTION IF THE SUBJECTS CONTACT(S)

Renz a.k.a “Bunso”

- The subject was wearing red shirt with Adidas print, blue short pants with leaf patterns,
black cap with white Nike print, rose gold/ gold plated wrist watch. He was also wearing
black rubber shoes, He is of average height for male with fair skin and average body
build/ physique. Renz is 19 years old and currently a grade 11 student. He is a basketball
player and an ML player. He resides inside Camp PBgen. Vicente Lim.

Bryan

- His buddy was about of same age wearing black shirt, PNP Athletic short, black cap, and
black running shoes. A little taller than the subject and has lighter complexion.

Informant

- A guy of middle age around 30-35 years old, wearing black shirt and shorts, wearing
slippers, with moustache, medium length braided hair, medium sized body
build/physique, and riding a bicycle.

V. DESCRIPTION OF SIGNIFICANT LOCATIONS INVOLVED

a. Behind the PNPTI Grandstand / road in front of PNPTI Headquarters building
- the area is open and is prone to security factors

b. Along HPG and Crime Laboratory area (in front of shomai store)
- ..
c. Behind NFSTI building – (Tita’s store, at the end of the path going inside the residential
area behind the NFSTI building)
VI. WEATHER CONDITIONS SECURITY FACTORS
- The weather was fair and didn’t have any adverse effect or significant effect on the
operation.
VII. SECURITY FACTORS
- Some of the security factors encountered and taken care of were the AI’s and NUP’s
passing around the area.

F. COMMENTS
- The subject appeared to be normal. The surveillance team didn’t notice anything strange
or suspicious about the actions and the subject himself.
G. RECOMMENDATIONS
- The group decided to end the surveillance operation after they elicited the significant
information of the subject and the contact person/s needed. However, it would’ve been
better if the subject has been tailed further until he arrived home to acquire more
information and observations about him.
