with address at: MV Hechanova, Jaro, Iloilo City, by these presents do hereby DELIVER
AND SELL the above-mentioned motor vehicle and CEDE, TRANSFER AND CONVEY
ownership thereof to the said Vendee, his heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest. I hereby
warrant that the vehicle is free from all liens and encumbrances and shall defend its ownership
from any and all claims whatsoever.
