March - May 2011 Higher education institutions (HEIs) inform their students about EILC 2011-12.
Students submit their applications to their home HEI, which sets its own internal

st Deadline for HEIs to send student applications with their confirmation by e-mail to EILC

Organising Institutions and a list of applicants to their home National Agency (NA).
Early June 2011 OIs select applicants in co-operation with their home NA.
Deadline for EILC Organising Institutions to send a list of selected, rejected and reserve
nd students to sending HEIs.
22 June 2011
EILC Organising Institutions inform all applicants - including the selected, reserve and
rejected students – about the selection results.
Late June/early July Selected Erasmus students send confirmation of participation in EILCs to the EILC
2011 Organising Institutions through their HEI's Erasmus office.
EILC Organising Institutions send the info-package to “confirmed EILC students”.
Comenius/Grundtvig Assistants apply to the EILC Organising Institution as soon as their
June - August 2011
Comenius/Grundtvig Assistant status has been confirmed.
EILC Organising Institutions select reserve students in case of withdrawals.
July/August 2011
Comenius/Grundtvig Assistants to be informed about selection results.

results, confirmation of students, etc.) should be done by e-mail only, if possible.
