Undersigned Counsel for Defendants unto this Most Honorable Court, most
respectfully states –

On August 23, 2018, he received a copy of the Motion for resetting of the September
4, 2018 setting (to September 11, 2018) of Plaintiff’s counsel.

Defendants have no objection to said request for resetting of Plaintiff’s counsel..

However, Defense counsel is also in a similar predicament with respect to the

September 11, 2018 setting as he has to be in the Municipal Circuit Trial Court of San
Francisco-Bunawan –Rosario, in the afternoon of said date, to attend to the Pre-trial of Civil
Case no.18 CV-2047-R.

The defense is constrained to ask for the cancellation of the September 11, 2018
schedule.

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed of this Most Honorable Court cancel the
September 11, 2018 hearing of this case .
