STATEMENT OF WILLINGNESS TO BE AUDITED

I, ANICETO TAN BONPIN JR., of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Limaha,
Butuan City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose
and state:

1. I am one of the incorporators CARAGA SMALL RUMINANT RAISERS

INCORPORATED , which is in the process of registration with the
Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) ;

2. Pursuant to SEC Memorandum Circular no. 8, series 2016 , I , on behalf

of CARAGA SMALL RUMINANT RAISERS INCORPORATED, hereby state
our willingness to allow the SEC, to conduct audit of our financial books
from time to time and authorize the SEC to inspect and examine our
corporate and accounting books , records, names of beneficiaries,
agreements entered unto, correspondence and other pertinent
documents.
