AFFIDAVIT OF CHANGE PROFESSIONAL

I, ARSENIO R. ABELLANA JR., Filipino, of legal age, with residence

address at _______________________, after being duly sworn in accordance
with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I am the new General Manager of Mactan Grains Terminal Inc.,

a corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the
laws of the Republic of the Philippines with principal office address
at Seaside, Pajo, Lapu-Lapu City, hereinafter referred to as the
“Corporation”;

2. That as the new General Manager of Corporation, I was designated

as its new signatory and authorized representative to sign, execute,
issue, and deliver any and all documents such as but not limited to
applications for Barangay Clearance, Zoning Clearance, Occupancy
Permit, and other documents required from the Office of the Building
Official;

3. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

facts and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
